Katie was amazing and super friendly. We did everything over the phone and were ready for signatures when we arrived! Our finance manager was fun and made the process very easy. Katie even made sure we had our moo moos!!!! And she buckled the stuffed cows into their seats too! I was surprised that the car needed an oil change and tire rotation immediately. Usually that type of thing is done prior to a sale or at least mentioned. I pulled into service dorm my service man Cody greets me asked me how my day is gone. We go in come back and check around the car.
