Victor was so empathetic about my concern for my car, which was a gift from my dying father so he could think I was safe after he was gone. I go out of my way because I love the service at this location. Today was a little lackluster for you guys because communication wasn’t there. I had 3 issues when I came in. I know for a fact one was done but the other 2 are a mystery after I reviewed the paperwork. I trusted this place so I thought nothing of it. One item was an oil change. I wasn’t charged for one but I also see my vehicle has a new service reminder sticker and the light in my vehicle is off. I wasn’t told if it was done and the cashier didn’t know. I also have a nail in my tire. The nail remains and I wasn’t charged for this either. I’m not sure if this means the nail isn’t causing a leak or if it was forgotten. This was also not discussed nor on my paperwork. More
We have brought our 2009 Toyota Sienna minivan to Zeigler Toyota for over 5 years and have really had no issues. It wasn’t until we brought it in on 6/19/25 and had our normal service done on it with the Toyota for over 5 years and have really had no issues. It wasn’t until we brought it in on 6/19/25 and had our normal service done on it with the brakes being checked and was told they were goods. Cost =$432.26. We brought it in the next day 6/20/25 because the back brakes were grinding and screeching noise. They inspected ithe brakes again and said the inner pads were gone, so they replaced them. Cost = $329.60. We are most likely not coming back to Zeigler Toyota since the was a missed inspection and cost us more $$$ and an additional loss of day. Not sure how you can change our mind but we are very discouraged and disappointed with Zeigler Toyota. Thank you for reading this and for your time. Andy Schroeder More
