Clearly your mechanics mis diagnosed the vehicle problem and just wanted us to replace all 4 tires when the issue was a rear bearing. On top of that no team member mentioned that there will be an 85$ charg and just wanted us to replace all 4 tires when the issue was a rear bearing. On top of that no team member mentioned that there will be an 85$ charge for being the car in for the missed diagnosis and a 3% surcharge for using credit card. I have to think twice for next time if I needed to go there again More

Once at the dealership, I met with Ashleigh, got my car check received another reminder text and a follow up phone call, which I greatly appreciated. Once at the dealership, I met with Ashleigh, got my car checked out and was able to allow the Ziegler team to expedite ordering the needed parts in time to be received the next morning. Everything went smooth and successfully. I even got a senior discount and a shuttle ride which all resulted in a great customer experience. Good job! More
