I sincerely apologize for your frustrations. When you dropped your car off the night before for your appt., there were no notes on your night drop envelope that you were expecting your vehicle back a certain time. There was no mention of needing it completed at a certain time when we made contact with you. I tried to explain to you how our appt. system works, but you didn’t give me a chance to explain our process that works, and we have been using for years. You have been servicing with us for years, and we certainly appreciate your business and would like the opportunity to explain in detail on how we schedule our drop off cars as well as the cars customers are here waiting for. 2 different schedules, and they both work very differently but also very efficiently.
