Jeff Schumann was exactly the right kind of sales agent, informative, but not pushy. We were also treated fairly and with courtesy by Jeff Klade. Ours was a cash purchase and we elected to not buy some optional products. There was respect for our decision. As the car is so new and we have not driven great deal because of Covid, we have not yet had a service call. But, the service department has sent us informative emails, and we look forward to meeting them when necessary. More
