Great service writer On time, great service writer, detailed condition report, very comfortable waiting area with WiFi and charging ports - coffee and cookies. Vehicle oil On time, great service writer, detailed condition report, very comfortable waiting area with WiFi and charging ports - coffee and cookies. Vehicle oil changed, tires rotated, fluids topped off, safety checked, washed and window cleaned all in 55 min. Sure beats crawling around under to change the oil and filter like I used to do. Plus oil is disposed of correctly. No brainer, I’ll be back. More

Basic service great but for repairs go some place else Zimbrick does fine but this is the 2nd time I needed repairs and I was given quotes for replacements instead of repairs. The items were broken cable o Zimbrick does fine but this is the 2nd time I needed repairs and I was given quotes for replacements instead of repairs. The items were broken cable on vent select-qouted $900 to replace; broken knobs on radio-qouted $500 to replace entire radio; tire pressure sensor not working-quoted $192 to replace & once previously center console lid hinge broke-quoted $425 to replace entire console. I went to a local repair shop and vent selector fixed for $175; radio buttons replaced for $65; tpms replaced for $72 and center console lid only replaced for $45. More
