I purchased an extended warranty for $1,000 Previous times I had my vehicle serviced people took time to explain if the warranty covered my expenses. I purchased an extended warranty for $1,000 to cover any computer issues. The first time I have a computer issue I'm told it's not covered. I can tell you that didn't set well with me. I also was not happy to find out after the fact, I would be charged $153 dollars for diagnostic work and no credit would go towards the $560 replacement cost for the computer. I have always had diagnostic cost applied as a credit at other dealerships when I brought my vehicle back to be repaired. I was very happy with my past experience at Zimbrick. Excellent service! I had my 45K service & an interior detail — shampoo & thorough cleaning. With 9 grandkids, there was alot of scuff marks, chocolate & beach sand.
