Poor detailing (full) job, second one in a row I will only service my car there for oil changes from here on out. The first time I got my car fully detailed they forgot to wipe down all my doors a I will only service my car there for oil changes from here on out. The first time I got my car fully detailed they forgot to wipe down all my doors and left cleaner residue, things happen and I gave them the benefit of a doubt. This most recent fully detailed job they did a good job on the interior but ran my car through the regular car wash, not the touch free, and my antenna broke and wasn’t fixed, antenna fell off on highway. I was told by GMC dealer never to run my Acadia through a regular car wash and to always use a touch free because the rollers can damage my antenna. It is disappointing that a GMC dealer neglected their own advice and ran it through a regular wash. More

service work done on buick I like to take my car for service to a buick dealer as they should know more how to diagnose and fix my car as I want it to last as long as I can driv I like to take my car for service to a buick dealer as they should know more how to diagnose and fix my car as I want it to last as long as I can drive. However the price for parts and labor are so high. One can get the parts on line or OReilly etc. for a fraction of the cost. I can understand the labor for trained people to do the work, but why such high price for the parts. People here are friendly and helpful so that is a plus. More
