Finding the right car after owning a Camaro for 17 years. I started looking for a car along the stretch of dealers on Madison's east side I haven't had to shop for in car in 17 years so this was quite an adv I started looking for a car along the stretch of dealers on Madison's east side I haven't had to shop for in car in 17 years so this was quite an adventure. Jeff Schumann was the salesman that came out when I was at Zimbrick. He asked me what I was looking for and I told him I was looking for a Malibu or a Verano so we test drove both and at that point I wasn't sure if I wanted to own either one. So next we tested a Nissan Altima and Sonata. I liked the Altima the best but I thought I should continue to look at other dealerships. Jeff kept in touch with me sending me information on other available cars in my price range with the mileage I wanted. After a lot of looking around I came back to Jeff at Zimbrick. We test drove the Altima again and I decided to buy it. I really appreciate the time and effort Jeff put in helping me chose a car. More

Extremely Impressed We were not wanting to buy a new used car but our car was totaled in a car accident. So we searched the state for cars using "car guru.Com" that met our criteria. Zimbrick Auto came up. We like the looks of the Avalon and decided to check the car out. We were extremely impressed with the customer service we received from Tom M, the salesman. Honestly this has been the best car shopping experience we have ever had. We told a couple of our friends where we were looking and they too said it was a great place...Even our mechanic has heard great things. So we felt that we were in great hands. Interestingly we did not buy the original car we looked at but a Nissan Maxima instead and just love it. Ross in the service department was excellent to work with. Quincy, Tom's manager, was fair and honest with the price of the car and Casey in finance was very kind and knowledgeable. There was absolutely no high pressure at all. We have already decided that when we are ready to buy our next vehicle we will go back to Zimbrick and will work with Tom. We also will be telling many others of our very positive experience and would highly recommend them. It was worth the hour plus drive. More
