Poor customer service My first poor experience was when getting my spare tire fixed. They called when it was ready so I went to pick it up. I got there, and it no one was available to help me with it! The young girl at the reception desk had to help me get it in my trunk! Twice have given my part away to someone else before my scheduled appointment to replace an airbag due to a recall! After the first time, I was supposedly put on a waiting list. After not hearing from them for two months, I called and they had the parts, just never bothered to call! I made a second appointment, and the same thing happened. I got a call the day of the appointment that they no longer had the part. I’m supposedly on a wait list again. Ridiculous! They are the only service dealer in the area so they can get away with this. More

Simple work done poorly My Audi A6 was in for service for an airbag replacement. When I got my Audi back, there was a new, deep chip at the bottom of my windshield and the AC My Audi A6 was in for service for an airbag replacement. When I got my Audi back, there was a new, deep chip at the bottom of my windshield and the AC was blowing hot air out of two of the side vents. Zimbrick failed to return my calls. More
