3. I'll never rate this establishment above average. I once had a family member take my car in for a free service (recall-related) and you sold them an oil change when it clearly wasn't necessary. This was while the vehicle was under 36000 miles and all maintenance actually necessary fell under the complimentary maintenance that came with my purchase of the vehicle. More
