This was my first experience buying from a dealership and Zimbrick East was by far the best dealership I visited. Without naming names a lot of other places I visited wanted to test drive the car with me, on Zimbrick East was by far the best dealership I visited. At Zimbrick they handed me the keys and gave me as much time as I needed to really feel the car out. The price was fair on everything I looked at and the customer service was excellent. I felt very comfortable buying from Joe Meinholz at the Nissan dealership and Gerald Ayers at Hyundai dealership, Gerald just happened to have the car that was a better fit for me. I’ll definitely be making a stop at either location the next time I need to trade in or buy a new vehicle. More

Kind and professional staff. I had dropped my car off the night before my appointment to get routine maintenance done. It wasn't until the next day (after it was serviced and I got home) that I realized the night before my appointment to get routine maintenance done.
