Always a great experience! Thanks for letting me drop off my car and for getting me a loaner car when I got a screw in the tire of my (nearly) brand new Kona! I pulled in just before closing and Patrick was my car and for getting me a loaner car when I got a screw in the tire of my (nearly) brand new Kona! I pulled in just before closing and Patrick was very helpful. Then I arrived next day to pick it up and drop off the loaner (again just before closing) to pick it back up and Steve was as charming as always. I keep coming back to Hyundai thanks to Zimbrick’s exceptional customer service in their service department! More

From our first call to driving out of the showroom in our Genesis G90 the experience was a cut above all other dealers we have met with. Ed was very honest, helpful, and knowledgeable. We drove over two hour Genesis G90 the experience was a cut above all other dealers we have met with. Ed was very honest, helpful, and knowledgeable. We drove over two hours to see a car we had found on line and before we left Chicago he promised that the car would not be sold out from under us. He kept his promise unlike another dealer that sold a car out from under us while we waited to see the car we had driven 90 minutes to test drive. There is a lot of bait and switch that goes on at used car dealerships but my husband and I found the experience at Zimbrick to be far above the disappointing dealers we dealt with in the past. So thank you Ed for treating us with kindness and respect and for keeping your word and for giving us a decent deal on the car we wanted. We will be back next year to buy a car for my husband. More
