Even though Richard was rather busy, he still took the time to help me. I test drove about 8 vehicles. The only negative my car wasn’t detailed very well. I did send Richard an email and he said I could bring it in and get a loaner car and they’d make it right. I told him it would take me more time to drive over then for me just to take care of it myself. If I were the salesperson I’d make sure it was clean before my customer came to pick it up. I’m a pretty laid-back person so for me it wasn’t that big of a deal but if I was a first time car buyer I think I’d be pretty disappointed that my car wasn’t clean. More

I was very satisfied with zimbrick Eastside. My salesman (Johnny) actually greeted my at the storeroom entrance and listened carefully to what I was looking for and he truly wanted me to find the vehicle I (Johnny) actually greeted my at the storeroom entrance and listened carefully to what I was looking for and he truly wanted me to find the vehicle I wanted.
