Bait and switch from Zimbricks, Patrick Grubb Received a mail offer for full synthetic oil change and tire rotation from Zimbrick in the mail for the car I purchased there 1 year ago. I called the Received a mail offer for full synthetic oil change and tire rotation from Zimbrick in the mail for the car I purchased there 1 year ago. I called the information on the card and set up an appointment. When arriving the service manager Patrick Grubb chose not to honor it. He said it was only for GM vehicles, the mail piece did not say this. Also, when I made the appointment I clarified that this was for my Hyundai that I purchased there, they said yes this was valid. I called the morning of the appointment before leaving and they again confirmed my appointment and cost. If a company/Zimbrick does not honor its offers and gives you something else, it feels like a bait and switch. They get you to come in and things change.... Makes you feel uncomfortable, that they will not be forthright in other areas. Integrity is everything in business, and even when I brought this up the service agent, Patrick Grubb, Zimbrick's representative it was like I was talking a foreign language, and walked away. More

I waited to the last minute to get my oil changed and they squeezed me into their busy schedule and even did a software update on my new car while it was in there!
