Wrong car ... right car not prepped I had agreed upon a Hyundai Sonata gray with black interior when I got there they had prepped a gray car with gray interior. I said this is not the I had agreed upon a Hyundai Sonata gray with black interior when I got there they had prepped a gray car with gray interior. I said this is not the car we talked about but was told if I wanted to take the deal this was the one. We left the dealership with the prepped car with the gray interior. One of the key fobs didn’t work so we went back. They had given us the wrong car H190487 instead of H190457. The sales man pulled around with the correct car at this point H190457 with the black interior that I wanted. The only problem was this car wasn’t prepped and the windows had a dirty film on the inside. Nothing was ever offered to help ease the situation and I drove away a little frustrated. The car is good but the dealership could’ve offered something in response to delivering an unprepared car. More
