Van in for oil change. couple times now they put regular oil in. My wife had to tel them our van takes synthetic oil. Service had to drain and refill. It took multiple phone calls, left messages and nearly 7 weeks to get some very basic warranty repairs done. Some rusted bolts needed to be replaced. After service, the bolts were not replaced. Instead, cheap plastic push pins and zip ties were installed to hold the bolted pieces on the bottom of the car. The primary reason to get the service was not addressed, and I was told that If I wanted it fixed better to schedule a other appointment 8 weeks out. More
