ill prepared for recall I have to arrange an appointment for a recall service, no where on the appointment confirmation that it was mentioned the service would take 6hr. then I have to arrange an appointment for a recall service, no where on the appointment confirmation that it was mentioned the service would take 6hr. then at the end of the 6hr, we were told that they don't have the parts for the recall repair so they gave us a loaner car for couple of days till it's repaired. Couple of days later, the recall repair is done, and the oil change is done, but the tire pressure is at 34 whereas the handbook target is 41. Maybe because I have one of these rare Hyundai cars that the service center is ill prepared for. I do wish the service center had communicated enough detail ahead of the appoint for the service and manage expectations. Still recommend the service center because this is the only one on the east side. More
