Tex is Awesome Came in to compare a GTI to a WRX. It was my first time ever looking at VW, but Tex was knowledgeable about the product despite being a trainee. If he Came in to compare a GTI to a WRX. It was my first time ever looking at VW, but Tex was knowledgeable about the product despite being a trainee. If he couldn't answer a question, he got me in contact with someone that knew the answer and we both learned about VW. My first time in the GTI was out on another test drive and I couldn't stick around to wait for it, but he took me out in a sport Jetta to get my feet wet in a VW. I came back in with my wife on another day and he had the GTI ready, warmed up with the heated seats and ready to get going. He was very friendly and helpful in all regards to searching for a manual transmission car with the options I wanted. I ended up choosing a WRX, but it was due to the car and not the salesperson. My wife is looking forward to going back to Tex to get a new Jetta. More

Todd was great. The process of us buying our 2007 GTI was a long one. He kept in contact with us from the time that we first test drove the car, through our six months of saving and contemplating, and w was a long one. He kept in contact with us from the time that we first test drove the car, through our six months of saving and contemplating, and worked around our schedule so that we could order the car (in the afternoon on a Saturday) and really talk about the process. It seemed as though Todd was ALMOST as excited about the GTI's arrival as we were :). This was our first experience in purchasing a new car, and Todd made it a great one. He took the time to listen to my concerns about financing and put me in contact with Shawn as soon as the car was ordered to make sure that I could get the best rates available. If my interactions with Zimbrick in the future are anywhere near what they were with Todd, we will be life long customers.
