We went to Zimbrick just to look at Jettas. The sales staff was great b/c they do not work on commission. He didn't pressure us, but just told us all of the cool things about VW's. We test drove two and ended up buying the cheaper one. We weren't pressured to buy the more expensive one. Sales helped us finance and get the most money out of our trade in (which was a piece of junk). We have been very happy with our purchase from Zimbrick and would definitely buy from there again. Since our purchase, we have gone back for service (oil change, etc.). Their service there is excellent and they give your car a free car wash afterwards. The only problem we ever came up with was that their price for brake service was a little high. Zimbrick is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. More
