I called and told Ray my car had been in a local shop for weeks and they couldn't fix it. I called him at 3:00 and he had a truck to pick it up by 4:30 and he even left me a nice loaner ! He went above and beyond the call of duty by staying late on the day we went out to look at cars, he called a manager on a Sunday to get the info we needed on deciding to make the purchase, and he stayed late on the day we picked it up and made the entire process as easy as possible. He was kind, compassionate, friendly, caring and professional. Chris was patient with the instructions on how to set up and use everything on my car. He was attentive to my concerns and made me know that EVERYTHING I had questions or concerns about would be personally taken care of by him. Finding out that the car I went to look at and subsequently purchased, was "certified pre-owned" was an excellent bonus and made the decision-making process easier. Joshua in finance was kind, explained everything to my understanding and took the time to answer my questions. We have been customers of Beatrice Ford for approximately 35 years and I can confidently state that they always have taken good care of us. We will be Beatrice Ford customers for life!!! More

Never once did he pressure us into purchasing anything and he kept looking after we turned-down multiple vehicles. When our vehicle came-in, he texted me about it immediately and it fit all our needs and had nearly every option we wanted. When it came time for the trade-in value on our old vehicle, they offered us a very fair price. The entire process was stress-free and my wife now has a vehicle she loves that should last us for years.
