Was the first time at the dealership. Was very happy. I called Doug Holly and told him that I've been hearing a lot about the dealership on TV.and wanted to stop in and see what they could do for me on or I called Doug Holly and told him that I've been hearing a lot about the dealership on TV.and wanted to stop in and see what they could do for me on ordering a new truck. Doug said come in and we would be glad to help. The wife and I came in and ask for Doug and he was very nice to us. Doug took us to a sales person( Chris) and he worked with us. We made a deal that very day. Can't say enough about both of them. I look forward to a lasting relation ship with Beatrice Ford. More

From MN to NE - What an experience!! I found a lovely 1994 F-150 XLT, with only 72k miles, located on Autotrader. Being that I was selling my other truck, the dealer was more than accommodating on holding on to it for me while I figured out a good weekend to head down to the dealer. Seriously, when I say these guys are at the forefront of customer service, I really mean it. I drove 8 hours, down from MN, to pick up the truck, and they had it all shined up, ready to go. They made sure the battery was working well, the tires were brand spankin' new, and they gave us free hats to boot! Jarrod was my sales rep, and this guy is a primo top-notch-customer-service machine! Highly recommended. I'll be buying all my future vehicles from them!! Did I mention - the truck was priced so well, I'm certain if I turned around and sold it, I'd be making money. Score one for the good guys, Beatrice! More
