Couldn't have had a better car buying experience Ray took the time to listen to what we were looking for and guide us through the process. Nate helped me with a walkthrough, explaining in detail all the nifty things on my new Edge. All were very friendly and courteous. I am 78 years old and bought several new cars. Nate was a huge help in explaining all the new gadgets of my new Ford Edge and thankfully set-up my phone for me! This is a SERVICE based dealership! I have visited several dealerships in southeast Nebraska and have found none more friendly, courteous and knowledgeable of FORD trucks. The staff seemed sincerely anxious to please and provide service with the sale as well as after the sale. I am handicapped and require vehicle modifications which Beatrice Ford Lincoln informed me of FORDS rebate for handicap modifications of which no other dealership informed me about. Beatrice Ford dealership took care of all the handicap work , in addition, I am a bleeder and require leather/vinyl seating for cleaning purposes and they took care of everything with Katskin covering all my seats in leather, including pickup and delivery. In short, Beatrice Ford Lincoln is a service based dealership with fair pricing and outstanding service after the sale! I haven't bought Ford products since the 1970'S when I purchased new cars and trucks but switched to Chevrolet since the 80s.and have purchased approximately a dozen new GM vehicles GM has not kept up with the times and I feel the new Ford pickups offer many new options GM doesn't have. In closing, I feel the Ford is a better product . Beatrice Ford Lincoln is approximately 60 miles from my home but their service makes it worth every extra mile. I think we will have a lasting relationship.... More
