Satisfactory My mother purchased a Chevrolet Suburban just recently from Beatrice Ford Lincoln. I had found this vehicle using Auto Trader. After calling I found o My mother purchased a Chevrolet Suburban just recently from Beatrice Ford Lincoln. I had found this vehicle using Auto Trader. After calling I found out that there were others interested in it as well. Due to the distance Jeff would let me know before our discussed departure time if the vehicle was still available to look at. He did just that, told us to come on and look and that it would still be there. Upon arriving the vehicle was just as he described over the phone, due to only having one picture on-line. He had taken the time to walk around the vehicle at describe it to a T for me. After a test drive and some discussion my mother decided to purchase it. However we couldn't take it home due to needing some repairs and maintenance. Jeff insured us that the repairs would be done and documentation of such would be available. Jeff went above and beyond by meeting me half way to deliver the vehicle on a Sunday. Thank you, Jeff. More
Their service denial could have cost my life. I have had two bad recent experience with their service on my 1995 F-150. The first one happened several months ago when I took it in for an oil ch I have had two bad recent experience with their service on my 1995 F-150. The first one happened several months ago when I took it in for an oil change and checkup. When I drove it home, a trip of 25 miles, it stopped dead at my driveway. This had never happened before, and I couldn't understand how it could be, since they had just serviced it. They did tow it back to their shop and checked it out. They said that it was a bad catalytic converter. This seemed quite strange to me, that it would only act up right after taking it to the shop, but I left it there for several days for repair, and it cost me over $600. I learned later, that there is a common scheme by car repair companies to disable it in order to get the repair costs. After again talking to their service men, they could not quite explain exactly what went wrong or why. They gave me the old one, and nothing was evident there. Nevertheless, I continued to use their service. They sent me a notice to have my brakes checked for wear, which I did at my cost. They said that they would have to be serviced soon, and I later took it back to have it serviced, which cost over $200. A few days later, I noticed that the brakes weren't operating properly, and they said to bring it in when I had a chance. It kept getting worse, with the car swerving to the right when braking and sort of bumping during braking. So I took it back to them to schedule further repair. When I went back to the truck, I noticed some fluid on the concrete. So I showed it to the service manager, and he looked underneath the rear of the truck and said that I had a leak in the brake line that needed to be replaced immediately. It was mid afternoon, but he refused to work on it until a later date. He said it would be quite dangerous to drive it, but I had no other transportation, so I decided to risk it until they could get to it. On the way back, when coming down a steep hill in traffic, the brakes went out, and I came close to a very serious accident. I had it towed back to them, and it took almost four hours to replace a 4-foot brake line! Total cost over $300. They put my life in danger simply because it might interrupt their service schedule! Never again. I will use another Ford service agency. They are unscrupulous and dishonest. More

When the next car ordered showed up, it wasn't quite what we had ordered. It is because of Chris Chace that we stuck with the plan. Mr. Hernandez and Chris made it right by getting the items for our car that were important to us. We were impressed with their diligence and desire to keep our business. We will definately return when we are in search of our next vehicle. More

And when i decided, he explained everything about the vehicle I purchased.
