Terrible service! I took my truck in because the anti theft system was malfunctioning. After being there for a week they replaced the transponder and said it was fixed. When I picked it up the theft light was still flashing, they said it just needed to calibrate. Two days later the light was flashing and the truck wouldn't start. They were reluctant to tow it back in. After they had it an additional week I called and left a message. They returned my call two days later and now the problem is the instrument cluster. Now it's been two weeks and they're waiting on parts. I'm not at all impressed with the service department's communication or ability. I wouldn't trust them with a simple oil change. More

Good Sales, ok finance, poor detail My sales guy (Jeff) was awesome. He took me on several test drives to make sure I got the right car for me. He messed up on my paperwork and I had to re-sign. Luckily my sales guy drove the new paperwork to my house so it was not much hassle for me at all. The detail was crap. I should have looked the car over better before I left the dealership, but I didn't. They didn't vacuum the front floor boards and there are wax spots on the trunk. I'm confident my sales guy would have had it detailed again for me if I had mentioned it, but after spending an entire Saturday at the dealership I really didn't want to go back. More
