My wife and I had never bought a car though a dealership before and, to be honest, we were a little nervous and wary of the whole thing. We've gone to a couple dealers in the past that were very uncomfortab before and, to be honest, we were a little nervous and wary of the whole thing. We've gone to a couple dealers in the past that were very uncomfortable and it really turned us off to the whole thing. But after looking through the cars on Beatrice Ford/Lincoln's site and leaving our number for more info, we got a call back less than an hour later! And on a Sunday afternoon! (We didn't expect them to even be open!) The call was very friendly and we were invited to come drive the car we were eyeballing. Minutes later, Chris had us cruising around town to see how we liked the ride. We didn't just like it, we LOVED it! After going over a few details and feeling confident in our decision, we decided to purchase the car. Everything was very well explained and Chris was so patient and answered all our questions with confidence. And we had a lot of questions! We came back the following day and after Mack and Chris slaved away all day to find the right loan for us, we were in our new car and happy as ever! Chris even took the time to go out to the car and give us a full rundown of all the features. The new car had a new Sync system and within a few minutes, we had our phones hooked up and were ready to roll! Chris was excellent and we can't say enough good things about him. Not ONCE did we feel any pressure to buy the car and he was kind and patient enough to answer our multitude of "first-timer" questions. Mack was great and found us the right loan and made the financial side very easy to understand. Overall, we loved our experience here and we plan to keep coming back for all our needs in the future. Highly recommended dealer and we couldn't be happier with the car and the experience. Thanks again Chris and Mack (and everyone else that we talked to at the dealership) for being the best! More

After my old car was totaled, the very first thing I did was drive out to Beatrice Ford. I had the most amazing experience working with these people. Butch Morris was the first person we went to, and he was was drive out to Beatrice Ford. I had the most amazing experience working with these people. He let me test drive anything I wanted to, even when it was 10 degrees outside there were no complaints. This was the easiest process for looking for a car! Butch was able to answer any questions that I had, and gave me as much time as I needed to decide on which car I would like to purchase. He was very specific that if I needed ANYTHING at all, do not hesitate to call and that made me feel very confident. I also enjoyed the input from Chris Chace when I was trying to decide between two different vehicles. Chris was very friendly and easy to talk to! I also very much liked my finance manager, Mack Holtmeyer. I was very impressed with his professionalism and kindness. He explained things to me in a way so that it was all very understandable, and the finance process was very quick and easy! I liked the fact that I was called by Mack and Butch a few days after purchase, just to make sure I was enjoying my Ford Fusion, and if I had any other questions. Yesterday I made my third vehicle purchase from Beatrice Ford. I'm convinced that there's no better dealership (of any kind) anywhere. There is absolutely no pressure! In fact, Chris had called several weeks ago to tell me of a car I might be interested in. When I told him that I didn't want to consider it at that time but could possibly change my mind and would call him if I did he said fine. Yesterday, I called him and bought the car! All three times when I've purchased I've felt that I got the "deal" I wanted. Although, unlike other dealerships that I know…there is No dealing…you know…where the customer makes an offer and the salesman says he'll have to check it with his sales manager and this goes on and on and on. Chris presented me with a price which was above the price I had in my mind and asked me what I thought. I told him what I thought. Deal done! Then Mack made all of the boring paperwork almost fun. He also presented me with opportunities for extra purchases with no pressure to purchase anything. The service department with Derrick Long as service manager is every bit as good as the sales staff. I have total trust in them…as I do in all at Beatrice Ford. Of course, the owner…Ray Hernandez is the man that puts in place his philosophy…it's the little things. I could go on and on about all of the things that make Beatrice Ford so great…free oil changes, loaner cars, pick up and delivery…but the biggest thing is it's all about the people…Ray Hernandez and his staff…they are Beatrice Ford…they are the perfect dealership!!
