I recently brought my car in for routine maintenance and had the pleasure of working with Francis. Having dealt with service advisors from several dealerships across different brands, my experiences have ra had the pleasure of working with Francis. Having dealt with service advisors from several dealerships across different brands, my experiences have ranged from disappointing to just okay. However, my interaction with Francis was a refreshing change in the best possible way. He struck the perfect balance between being informative and maintaining an awesome attitude throughout the process. For the first time, I left a dealership feeling genuinely impressed by both the service and the experience.
