In 2022 I bought I bought a new odyssey from Justin Tomasulo and in September of this year I decided to get a 2024 odyssey so I went straight back to Justin because of the ease of working with him and his excellent knowledge. I bought my first new civic in 1991 from Friendly and have been going back ever since. Justin is a great guy to work with and follows up after the sale.

Bill Roe went above and beyond to help me with my CRV. I came in without an appt. My alarm was going off and even though it was a unscheduled drop off, Bill was able to get my CRV in and diagnosed within 2 days and the part "body control module" arrived the next day. Bill is a testament to excellent customer service.

Went to Friendly Honda for my PREPAID scheduled service on my 2021 CRV, This PREPAID service included an oil change and tire rotation and at the time of purchase, was a bargain to me. I arrived on time, checked in and they moved my car to a lot, from out the window I could see, The car sat there for over 75 minutes which was rather puzzling to me. There was a gouge on my right front tire that I wanted to be checked, Prior to my arrival, I marked the tire with white duct tape so the technician could inspect. Then finally, after the long delay they took in my car, And after about 20 minutes it was done, the fastest service I have ever experienced, by far! The service rep apologized for the delay and went through the checklist quickly so I was not further detained, Upon leaving, I checked the tire, the duct tape was gone but the gouge on that same tire still remained. I then realized that the tire rotation was simply not done, Quite shocked and dismayed I knew my next encounter was not going to be fun. I went back to the service desk to report my find, I was referred to the manager who seemed understanding and kind. I conveyed my concern and questioned what services they actually did provide, As the short time the car was in the shop compared to what was reported, did not coincide. The manager did check with the technician about the rotation, The manager indicated that the tech reported that the tires were rotated, according to their conversation. I was puzzled and asked how do I know that all the services were done? I was asked to open the hood and a visual inspection he had begun. The manager then checked the oil, he said it was clean, also checked the window washing fluid and claimed it was full, I stood there in awe, I felt he was giving me the bull. He then checked the cabin filter, to possibly prove a point to me Low and behold, it was filthy and clogged and quite dirty The manager apologized and explained that they were short staffed, In the meantime I felt I was getting the shaft. He took the car back and installed a new filter right away, Told me the filter and installation was on him and sent me on my way. I truly was disappointed that this experience happened to me. Maybe this dealership is not that FRIEND-LY!

Carlos helped get us into a new accord and it was a great experience. He is the absolute best if you go to Honda make sure to ask for Carlos he won’t steer you wrong.
