Nigel was great! Not pushy or demanding at all. I had called about 2 cars I wanted to see before I got there. When I arrived, Nigel had both vehicles pulled out and ready to test drive. I wound up going with a spotless 2014 Camry. His knowledge about the process and get it done attitude make him highly recommended. He also encouraged calling him with any questions afterwards.

Ian-Michael Salon was a pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgeable about the RAV4 Prime model in which I was interested and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. He wasn't "high pressure" at all and worked with management to get me a price with which I was comfortable. Tommy Tu was very professional and helpful, as well. I have always had a good experience with this dealership, as evidenced by the fact that it is the 6th car I have bought from them. I feel comfortable bringing my cars to them for servicing, as well. I have never felt that they suggest additional service that isn't really needed.
