At first the service at this dealership was amazing. Unfortunately, things have changed drastically. Trying to get in touch with a human being regarding an issue with our last service has been extremely futile. We have called several times per day for three days in a row and no answers at the service department or the general number.

We purchased a new car from Trevor Wortman at Suburban in March of 2024. Trevor was upfront, on the ball, and valued our time. If he didn't know the answer he quickly knew who to get the answer from. Trevor was attentive to details and treats vehicles as if they were his personally. We will be back to purchase from Trevor come time for our next new vehicle.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have had, Melissa Young was so helpful. I went in with just the intention of test driving one specific vehicle. Melissa could tell there was hesitation on it during the test drive and offered me to drive a couple other vehicles. She was so relaxed and down to earth it instantly took away my anxiety over car shopping. She was up front and honest about everything during the whole process and went above and beyond to make sure I would be happy with my choice. Would recommend her any day.
