The people who work there are very professional and attentive, I felt very satisfied with the service, I definitely recommend them
Very helpful and knowledgeable. Very easy process. Would highly recommend. Dwayne in sales greeted us upon arrival and was great all the way through the sale.
⚠️⚠️⚠️ WARNING: AVOID WEST HOUSTON INFINITY ⚠️⚠️⚠️ My experience with West Houston Infinity has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly urge everyone to steer clear of this dealership. The level of incompetence and dishonesty displayed by their staff, especially service advisor Jerry Singh and manager Josh Jacob, is beyond unacceptable. I initially brought in my 2020 Infinity Q60 for a windshield wiper system malfunction, assuming it would be covered under the factory warranty. However, Jerry Singh conveniently failed to inform me that the warranty expired on the very day I brought in my car initially. This lack of transparency speaks volumes about the lack of integrity. Despite my discomfort, I proceeded with the $875 repair. To add insult to injury, upon picking up my car, I discovered new damage to the driver-side fender and bumper areas. When I confronted the manager, Josh Jacob, about this issue, he became condescending and obnoxious, showing zero customer service skills. They shamelessly insisted the damage was pre-existing, despite clear evidence proving otherwise. The service manager, Terry Landry, showed no concern or accountability. I have a trove of evidence, including photos and security camera footage, proving the damage occurred while my car was in their care. I implore anyone considering West Houston Infinity for service or purchase to think twice. This establishment lacks integrity, honesty, and basic customer service. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere for your automotive needs. You've been warned! ⚠️⚠️⚠️
Great service. Daniel Rivera is a very helpful, knowledgeable, kind advisor. I am always satisfied with service.
Great Service! Jerry and the other employee staff were were very helpful. Waiting area was conducive for me to continue working while I waited.
Had the best experience at Infiniti West , I would most definitely recommend to friends and family.
