What Others Say

I bought my Audi S3 for service in order to fix a recall on the car, the passenger airbag didn't work. Audi called me in order to schedule an appointment and get the airbag fixed, since I bought the car from them with the recall at the time of purchase a few years earlier. I had to take a day off at work and drive down to Mission Vejo from LA. I was told the service would have taken the whole day, so I planned on spending the day in Mission Vejo with the courtesy car. Instead, as I dropped the car, they told me it would have been ready in a few days. Bummer. In the end, I picked up the car after 2 days, drove back to LA, and realized the nothing was done on my car. The passenger airbag is still not working and the alert light is still on. A waste of time, money on gas and beyond. On top of that, since I was there for the service, I thought it was a good idea to have a copy of the only key I had done by Audi. (yes, when they sold me the car I only received one copy). I was told I had to pay $480 for the key, which I paid right away, and expecting to have the key done at the same time the service was done. Once I picked up the car, the key was ready. They asked me an additional $280 for the key. When I asked why I wasn't told about this additional $280 to begin with, I was blasted with stupid excuses, such as - the $280 are for the key batteries and programming. I would have much appreciated transparency and professionalism. Not at this dealership.

I purchased a car in July and 3 weeks later I had major issues with the Ac system that required thousands of dollars in repair. After reaching out to the dealership, I was completely ignored. They have not taken any accountability and will not even have a discussion with me or return my phone calls. I highly recommend looking elsewhere to purchase new or used vehicles and will not be buying from this dealership again.

I purchased my car 6 months ago in Cash and I still haven’t received my title and they wont call me back, they just blame Audi directly. WORST experience, entitled chauvinistic attitudes, specifically the “General Manager”.

Had a really bad experience with the service element of this organization. My Q5 shut down suddenly on a busy road. I had to have AAA tow it to MV Audi and the technicians did nothing to help the tow truck so my car was damaged being unloaded. Audi didn't notify me of the damage for 24 hours. They had my car for two full days without completing any diagnostic work. Eventually I went in and sat down with the Managing Partner, who offered a lot of excuses. I would up having my vehicle towed to Fletcher Jones.

Bypass this Audi Mission Viejo. Worst of the worst for purchasing, service and repairs. Every car has an astronomical dealer userous up-charges designed to stick to anyone considering buying, servicing or repairing an Audi.

This review is strictly for the car buying side of the process. I dealt with Big Jon Tiplea and to say it was a pleasure is an understatement. I was looking for a specific vehicle for my wife and to put it mildly, it was like trying to find a unicorn. Luckily, Audi Mission Viejo had that unicorn. After texting and e-mailing with John he gave me a good deal that I was happy with. Due to work and home life I don't have a lot of time to deal with games and the normal dealer xx. Jon understood that and made things happen so that I got the deal I was happy with. I arrived at the dealership very late on a Monday around 7:45pm. He showed me the vehicle, we negotiated a price for my trade in and got all the paperwork done by a little after 9pm. He handled every curve ball I threw at him and more. He even went out of his way to get my wife on the vehicle also so that I could have her on the title. I really can't say enough good things about Jon. He was honest, straight forward, helpful, and caring. Everything most car salesman's are not! It was nice to see that the dealer management supported their salesman also. Keep up the great work Big Jon! If anybody is looking for an Audi please give him a call, 714-606-6943.
