What Others Say

Nate worked tirelessly to get me into this new truck. The whole process was very professional.

Brought my vehicle in for a recall repair and free oil change and they tried to charge me $144 for air filters that I did not request or authorize. After arguing for 15 minutes they finally removed the charge.

As always Zimmer is a great dealership. Great place to have your vehicle worked on. Always friendly

Schedule oil change online for my ram 2500. my total online said it would be $79 for Oil change with 7 quarts of 0-W40 oil.I checked out, they try to charge me $160. I asked them why they were charging me more than what I was quoted online. I was told they charge more for 0-W40. I showed them my quote online that it included 0-W40 oil. He went and got somebody else, and she was telling me that they’re online prices is not correct. She did drop the price to $115 because I also got a tire rotation but the tire rotation was supposed to be included with the oil change. If this is the kind of shady practices they’re going to pull I will not buy a vehicle from them or trust them to work on my vehicle again.

My vehicle has been up there for almost 2 months for warranty work. Unacceptable! I have talked to multiple managers within the dealership and getting multiple different answers. Standard reply was were waiting on parts. After confirmation with the parts manager, the parts were all delivered and re-ordered and now they have discovered more work that needs to be done. Starting from the beginning now waiting on Warranty approval again. This is unacceptable according to my standards and everyone I talk to. I am driving my 1987 Nissan but do not feel comfortable taking it on my upcoming trip. Chrysler sold me a lifetime warranty when I bought my car brand new and they should make good on the agreement. Be leery of them offering a lifetime powertrain warranty on their new cars. I realize my warranty does not cover a rental rental car but in lieu of it being up there too months I feel like they should make good on this. Had I rented a car from the get-go? I would’ve already been out almost $3000 for their procrastination and poor organization. I have not had the opportunity to talk with John Zimmer, but would love to have that opportunity.

Always a good experience when I take my vehicle to Zimmer. Specialists are friendly and helpful.
