Bad experience since I have been there for the last two months. I have had issues with my vehicle and had to take it back multiple times. Wish I never went there. I would never recommend anyone to go there.

Normally, I don't think to review a business, but our experience yesterday purchasing a car was so extraordinary, I felt compelled to post this. I've car shopped and bought several used and/or new cars over the last 45 years, and the experience at Salisbury Pohanka was by far the very best. The minute my son and I walked in the door (after previously being at other dealerships that day), we immediately felt welcomed. Not only did the sales manager, Brandon, greet us, but the salesman, Mike, came over and we just chatted casually about what my son's needs were. We were also surprised to run into Chris White (former student of mine), who also works there. The vibe was so welcoming, and the "no-pressure" atmosphere made it almost impossible to consider anything else. Even the finance person, and all other staff we encountered were so friendly and interested in us, we had the best experience car shopping & buying of my lifetime. After shopping around, researching, looking at 4 other dealerships, we also feel that we got the best deal available, best car with all the options we wanted and expected, plus some (2022 Hyundai Elantra). I'm personally a "Toyota girl", but because of our experience yesterday, my next Toyota will most likely come from Pohanka Toyota in Salisbury! Thank you Brandon & Mike and all of the employees for making yesterday a very non-stressful, enjoyable experience.

This was the best car buying experience ever. Before coming here I went to another dealership they wanted a lot of money and the car wouldn’t be ready until the next day. I decided to come to Nissan where Cedric was willing to help. He asked what I was looking for and about my payments. Cedric did his thing on the computer and told me walk with him outside.. he had a car that was perfect for me waiting for me to test drive. I loved the car and it was going to be ready soon as paperwork was done.. & not the next day! He made my experience quick and easy!

I just got pulled over by the police and guess what??!! My registration and tags are all messed up! Thanks Salisbury Pohanka! Thank you especially to my salesman Doug Bedo who is especially bad at his job. I sure hope someone is going to fix this mess for me.

Took my car in for a recall only to pick it back up with a massive radiator leak, which it never leak anything before going there. Never again will I go there again

I was looking for a Sonata Limited 2.0 Turbo. A close friend recommended Pohanka Hyundai in Salisbury. I arrived and was met by Ryan Fitzgerald, The General Manager. He introduced my to Stanley Fyall. Stanley did a phenomenal job and is very customer oriented. He located a Sonata Limited, and had it brought down. I got a good deal and good trade. Everyone is very nice. Top notch service from beginning to end. I can’t say enough about how well I was Treated, and my business appreciated. My vehicle was detailed and ready to go. Mr Stanley familiarized me with my vehicle and registered my car with Hyundai telematic services. I highly Recommend Pohanka Hyundai for your vehicle needs and Mr Stanley Fyall. Small Town Dealer at its best.
