I'm in Delray Beach FL, 3.5 hours from Vann Gannaway. The local dealers that had or in transit the Trax were tacking on bogus fees of $2k-$3K over MRSP for dent protection, extra dealer fees, etc in addition to the standard prep fee of $1K. I refused to pay over MSRP. Someone on the Chevy trax forum recommended Vann Gannaway and many reviews mentioned Jayme as salesperson. I called him and I honestly didn't believe there were no additional fees and even the dealer's prep was only $484. He emailed me the info, had a yellow trax in stock, and within the week I wired the $, drove up 3.5 hrs and drove back with the yellow trax. Transaction was flawless. Too bad we don't live closer. I HIGHLY recomend this dealership !!!! And all the employees there were so friendly. I'm also from Long Island, NY and this was by far the best dealer experience ever.

Don't get it here..,they put big tires on my kid's new truck like he wanted,. With no thought process on the geometry, no up grade on essentrics for the adjustment needed for the bigger tire. Took the truck to a professional in that field of suspension. The reply I received was,who tried to lift this truck? I said van gannway Chevrolet.....$780, later Fixed. In 1986 my grandfather bought a new Caprice,from CHIP. And my grandma took it back two days later, there's your sign.. I give 1 star rating because he likes Chevy trucks, witch leaves 4 bad stars. I have purchased two vehicles from this company and have never had any issues with getting my car serviced. I recently purchased from a different Chevy dealer and the last 2 times trying to get it services on a Saturday (because I work all week) at Vann Gannaway it has been a serious issue. I even offered to drop my car off Friday at 4:30 pm (because I work) and pick it up before closing Saturday. I was told that there was no guarantee that it would be completed. Very disappointed and aggravated with the lady that I spoke to on the phone. I should not have to make an appointment to have my car serviced.

I couldn’t imagine a better vehicle buying experience than I had with Mike & Vann Gannaway Chevrolet. Mike had the perfect demeanor for a salesperson in my opinion.
