We took the car in to get it fixed and they had it for over a week. When I took it in to get fixed they told me "I think the factory workers were being lazy that day and didn't torque the bolts right". So somehow this car managed to make it through quality control without them catching the defect in the transmission. Due to the car being in the shop for 7 days the dealership set up a rental car but when I arrived there was no rental car available. When I went to speak to my salesperson (Jeron) about my concerns he walked in the office smelling of marijuana, not to mention when my salesperson (Jeron) was selling me the car he was cursing profusely in front of my two small children. When I asked to speak to the general manager he gave me a song and dance about how they couldn't help me. My wife and I persisted and he said the owner of Alexander GMC would call me. What I got was a call from the general manager La'mel who pretended to be the owner. He told me he couldn't do anything to help. Then when I told him I was scared to have my kids in that car he told me a story of how he had a car problem once, as if that was going to make things right. Also, when I asked about what interest I was going to pay they told me "there is no interest, since it is a lease". What they didn't tell me was they were charging me interest under a different name (the name they used was "rent"). With all that said, this dealership didn't lift one finger to make right on this deal. This is the most unprofessional and disrespectful people I've ever dealt with. So save yourself the headache and DO NOT BUY OR LEASE A CAR from this place. They are not transparent whatsoever when writing lease agreements and hide extra fees. They allow their vehicles to leave the lot with major defects that are a safety hazard, and they are difficult to reach via phone and unhelpful. More

Horrible sales service, i bought a used truck with 11,000 thousand miles on a Friday night, the next morning I did a walk around and notice all four tires are cracked on the sidewalls. Passenger front tire had a 2” gouged, I could not believe the dealership ship sold me the truck with damaged tires, totally unsafe. I immediately called the salesman and told him, sent him pictures, he told me to go in on Monday because his manager wasn’t there at the time. Long story short I went back Monday, they had me waiting for an hour to tell me that they weren’t gonna replace my tires, I could not believe it. Service manager came out and I asked him if they did an inspection on the tires, and he showed me the technicians report, all they inspected was the tire depth. Poor safety inspection, totally unprofessional. Now salesman won’t answer my calls, these people don’t care about their customers, this is bad business. I will not recommend this place to no one, be aware people! More

Unprofessional. The car lease process was fine, just what you would expect from any dealership. I leased an Acadia while returning a 3 yr. lease on an older Acadia. When I transferred the car, Alexander GMC provided me with a letter releasing me from any liabilities once I return the old Acadia. A couple of months after I leased the car, I received a letter from GM financial saying I owe some money due to excess miles (about $300 worth). I called Alexander GMC's finance department and the gentleman who processed the finance transaction, who remembered me, told me they will take care of it. Another couple of months go by and I receive a notice my credit score was significantly reduced due to a small $300 fee owed which was not handled by Alexander GMC. I left two messages and no one is even calling me back. More
