I have been servicing my Audi vehicles at Audi Clearwater since 2021, despite living more than 40 miles away and having two other Audi dealerships much closer to my home. Most recently, I purchased a 2025 Audi Q5 from them, which only reinforced my confidence in their dealership and service department. During a recent service visit, an unfortunate incident occurred while my vehicle was being road tested by dealership personnel, resulting in a cracked windshield. To make matters more frustrating, I had just had the windshield professionally tinted the day before. While the situation was disappointing, what truly stood out was how Audi Clearwater handled it. After reviewing the circumstances, the dealership accepted responsibility for the damage and committed to replacing the windshield and reimbursing the cost of having the windshield tint reinstalled. The Service Director, Todd Emery, personally communicated with me, listened to my concerns, treated me with respect, and ensured that the matter was resolved fairly and professionally.
