Test drive experience was good, closing the deal met expectations. Picking up the car felt like they weren’t prepared. Despite having my insurance info for a week, taken in person and collected electron expectations. Picking up the car felt like they weren’t prepared. Dealer smoked while we waited for inspection sticker then got in my brand new car. I found that to be unprofessional and soured me on the whole experience. More

Doesn’t feel high end. Loaners are next to impossible. Rug in service waiting area needs to be replaced and the tv stand base appears not to have been dusted in months.
