The sales experience at Audi Peabody was great! Carrigan and Mike were exceptional. They were respectful and as a first-time Audi owner, made me feel welcomed and respected. When I drove into the service bay, Jim Miscioscia greeted me promptly for my 7:45 a.m. 70,000 mile service appointment for my Audi A3. He explained what would be done and invited me to wait in the lounge. ( me promptly for my 7:45 a.m. 70,000 mile service appointment for my Audi A3. He explained what would be done and invited me to wait in the lounge. ( I always like to wait in the lounge although they do offer the option when you make your appointment to have a loaner car.) The lounge is clean, comfortable, has free wifi, and has plenty of teas, freshly brewed Starbucks coffee, and cold seltzers, Coca Cola, and water in bottles and cans, and chips. The showroom was also clean and I enjoyed seeing some 2026 Audis and speaking with a very nice sales person (I think his name is Karl). As I was waiting I got a text message with a helpful video showing that the tech person had spotted two tires that were worn and needed replacing. The video showed closeups of him actually measuring each of the four tires and explaining each measurement. Jim then dropped by and explained the need for replacing the two back tires, and mounting and balancing them and rotating the tires. Jim clearly explained what this would cost, as well as the overall cost. I said I wanted to have the tires done, even if it meant waiting longer for the tires to be brought over to the dealership in a few hours. A few minutes later, however, Jim said he did some checking and found that they actually had the tires in stock for a customer who was having service next week, so they would be able to put them on my Audi right away. I was so impressed that Jim was able to do this to save me a lot of time. Later Jim returned to say the service was completed and the car was being washed and would be ready in 10 minutes. When I met him a few minutes later he went over the bill and also explained that the new tires had a two year warranty on them and I was all set for another year. I bought my A3 from Audi Peabody and have loved driving it, and bringing in for service that is straightforward, honest, and professional. Jim explains everything very well, and I love working with him. Keep up the great work, Audi Peabody! More
Audi Peabody performed phenomenally in handling a near-crisis situation with my 2015 Q3. A rusted-out control arm broke down thru the coil spring, causing it to drag on the street with an imminent da near-crisis situation with my 2015 Q3. A rusted-out control arm broke down thru the coil spring, causing it to drag on the street with an imminent danger. My car was towed to Peabody from Boston, checked immediately @ dealership & scheduled for repair & complete inspection. Within the next 2 days, parts were replaced to full safety levels. On top of a quick repair turnaround, they installed 4 new tires, balanced & aligned, and completed an oil change as I requested. Please compliment Service Advisor Raymond Baez for his professional & courteous management of my whole dilemma. Had there been an Audi loaner available, it would’ve been a huge help! However, Mr. Baez recommended an Enterprise rental office nearby, and facilitated my Uber ride from dealership to rental office on the spot. I’m very grateful to Audi Peabody for this exceptional service! More
