I am sorry that the wait time took longer than expected. My detail department was unfortunately really backed up and it took longer than expected to get your complimentary wash done. We always honor coupons that get emailed and mailed out to customer, but they do need to be presented so that we can claim them with the Manufacturer. I do see that my Advisor did assist you with an online $69.95 coupon since the coupon you received was not brought in. I would like to offer you a Complimentary oil change on your next visit.
