I was happy to receive a call back immediately. I had an accident during a snow storm, unfortunately my car was totaled. During another SnowStorm I remained in communication with Bobby ,with daily I had an accident during a snow storm, unfortunately my car was totaled. During another SnowStorm I remained in communication with Bobby ,with daily updates. Once weather permitted , I was able to pick up my purchased car with ease. Fantastic buying experience. I was looking for a used vehicle and had visited many places. Went to Auto Country and although they didn't have anything I was interested in at that I was looking for a used vehicle and had visited many places. Because we lived in another state they would not pay for the car to be fixed after all the lights came on a week after buying the car. Talking to the owner he was very belligerent. Had to wait to get money the car to be fixed after all the lights came on a week after buying the car. Talking to the owner he was very belligerent. Had to wait to get money back. Daughters first car and her first loan. Would not recommend buying a car from the dealership. I would give no stars if I could. Also what the owner said to me was he would give the car to his daughter to drive because it's in MA. I also had family members listening in on the conversation and they all said the same that I said. You have the ratings because you send out cards(#1 ratings cards) and give money to people to come back. Even if got one after we had the problem. I'm glad you only take care of cars for people in MA. Thats a good business. And so you know catalytic converter dosen't lock the 4 wheel drive. More
