Spent 3 days in the Cincinnati office and the absolute worst buying experience we have ever had to deal with. From losing the trade in appraisal 2 different times, couldn’t get a printer to work, changing worst buying experience we have ever had to deal with. This store should be ashamed of how they operate and just close their doors if this is how they do business. After the complete disaster we have encountered, I honestly don’t know how they manage to sell any cars. Not to mention, last week we had a deal ready on a different vehicle only to be told it wouldn’t be ready for pickup at the time THEY SCHEDULED! Please avoid this dealership at all costs and just go somewhere else. More
