this process was a pain from start to finish. I ordered a vehicle and paid the shipping cost. it took longer than was quoted for it to arrive which cost me multiple days off work. upon getting in I ordered a vehicle and paid the shipping cost. it took longer than was quoted for it to arrive which cost me multiple days off work. upon getting informed it had arrived I drove the hour and a half to pick it up with everything I was expressly told I needed to go home empty handed. they needed more money or a cosigner and my paperwork had not been approved BEFORE I walked in the door as I had been told. I got sent the hour and a half back home empty handed to redo paperwork and get a cosigner who then had to go the hour and a half there with me to pick it up again and drive the hour and a half back again. worst sales team I have ever dealt with. I will never go through that again and would not recommend anyone else to either. More
