Easy to purchase a vehicle here. They would have received a 5 star rating but they only gave us one key fob. It is an $800 expense to get a duplicate made. I am extremely dissatisfied with the Service Department. My car was brought in after only owning it for 9 days for work to be done and I was advised they would keep me advised, which never happened. I called twice and was told I would receive a call back, which never happened. I had to go through National Sales in order to reach the Service Department on Friday, March 20th. I hope this is not a sign of how things are going to go in the future. More
We had a great experience working with Jameson, our sales rep, but the rest of the time wasn't as positive. The waiting time for where ever the papers (we needed to sign) were printed out was well over 45min rep, but the rest of the time wasn't as positive. The waiting time for where ever the papers (we needed to sign) were printed out was well over 45min; to print out papers! Then once Jameson did get the papers and took us to the back for us to get the final documents and keys was another 45+minutes. We could see the workers and there was no sense of urgency to get their work completed. When asked if I'd recommend this dealership, I was there was a 'maybe'. Sales rep was fantastic and showed hustle trying to complete the sale, but the back area where the draw up the papers is lacking! More

I bought a 2020 Nissan Versa last February 8 at Carmax Modesto and I didn’t notice that the windshield has a cracked or chip so I brought it back to the service department last February 23. It is still co Modesto and I didn’t notice that the windshield has a cracked or chip so I brought it back to the service department last February 23. It is still covered by 1 month warranty but they don’t want to fix because according to them it’s not on the driver side and it’s on the passenger side and the crack is not on their standard. They told us that they will put a notation in their system just in case it’s get bigger that’s the time they will fix it. I am not happy about that they want it first to get worse before they fix it. How about my safety if that windshield breaks while I’m driving? They also told us that the chip had been fix before so they can’t fix it again. My point is if you cannot fix it you have to replace it since it still covered by your 1 month warranty. I have very bad experience but I’m still hoping that you can still replace my windshield as soon as possible and without waiting that the crack getting bigger before replacing it. Also they didn’t declare to us that the windshield has a crack and was fix before but now it’s getting bigger. More

The whole experience only took 3 hours. Granted, I knew what I wanted. Manuel explained every step very thoroughly and was very kind.
