Overall I was very pleased with the purchase of my 370Z. It was already reserved but I was notified that that deal fell through and if I was interested they would deliver it to a location closer to my house It was already reserved but I was notified that that deal fell through and if I was interested they would deliver it to a location closer to my house for me to look at. ( It would be delivered from south Atlanta to North Atlanta). I test drove the car, and was told I had 10 days to have it checked out. I took it to a local Nissan dealership and found that several of the recommended services had not been done, and 2 of the services were in immediate need. I discussed this with the CarMax service department and they took care of those services for me at their cost. This is the 2nd car I have purchased from CarMax and would purchase from them again. Communication was via text and phone calls, but when I finally showed up at the dealership, I was greeted quickly and all paperwork was complete within 1 hour. Excellent rating for the Roswell CarMax people. More
