I would give 1 star but the salesman Wyatt was awesome. I've been purchasing vehicles from Carmax for 20 years and this last experience was horrible. They're entire service department has definitely gone to crap. A different truck I transferred sat there for 2 weeks before available. I couldn't test drive because they found a scratch on it and it wasn't "ready". Ended up purchasing a different truck. Took that truck in for warranty repairs and after a huge fight just to get a loaner, they had it for a week because they ordered the wrong parts. Another week later the transferred truck was "ready", I had to tell them I already bought a different truck so they would stop sending notifications. More
