Team was great!
I'm used to pushy car salesman. I brought my fiance with my to be a body guard. I didn't even need it. Meagan was so nice and helpful.

Meagan I cannot remember her name! She had blonde hair and helped me fill out my papers.

Preston seemed to care and tried his best.
However the overall experience was horrible.I will never purchase from Carmax again.Management and the team seemed to be completely incompetent.

This is the 3rd Audi I have purchased from Carmax.
The process just keeps getting easier. Preston was great to work with and made the transaction extremely smooth.
