I came in without an appointment to request a level 1 EV charger connector that was missing when I bought the car new from them. All the staff, including the sales general manager Jay Winetroub, were friend charger connector that was missing when I bought the car new from them. 6 hours for an oil change with an appointment and to look at the backup camera with no contact. i had to drive to the dealership to ask about my truck. then was told i needed to replace the camera without at the backup camera with no contact. i had to drive to the dealership to ask about my truck. then was told i needed to replace the camera without knowing if it was bad. seems like they wanted to throw parts at it and sell me parts. this was the first time i have ever used your service department and it will be my last. the service advisor richie was rude and useless. i was looking at buying a new truck even though mine is only 18 months old but not sure i want to buy another chevrolet after dealing with your service department. i was never treated like that when i had my dodge. hands down worst experience ever.
