Failure starts at the top and with Mike Powell IN CHARGE of Oxnard DCH its no wonder they r incompetent and make excuses y a tire rotation and oil change takes almost 5 hr. Manager passes the buck on the adviser blames the tech. None of them know how long it should take to do their work when I asked an honest frank question. Instead, you want to get defensive. How old are you people do you not communicate when at work. THEN he wants to call me U people. Racists chump trys to stare me down, then backs off cuz he knows he's wrong. Go xx yourself and see if that works, not fooling ne 1. Every 1 goes on lunch and your car sits for hours blame the next person cuz they're on lunch! No fix just excuses for customer service. 2 visits and they still could not fix a leaking hose for my AC. Idiots xxxxxxx dysfunctional. I could have changed my own oil in a half n hr tire rotation anywhere I take my car here because I bought it here! Never again, only way I'd ever go back is if they fire him n got a competent replacement! xx how this went down. Hope the owner sees this dont pander or patrioze me with your auto responds. U have my info on file actually reach out! More

Just purchased our 2026 Honda Passport RTL Towing at DCH Oxnard! We LOVE IT! We shopped many locations, finally finding our car here... They graciously met my price, which made things really easy. He always followed up to make sure all our questions were answered, never pressured us once, and was a joy to work with. Elie in finance was fantastic as well, a real gentleman. Our first dealing with service went very smooth, service writer Jeff was great. The dealership is clean, modern, and the hour we spent in the lounge was very pleasant with a great coffee machine that served 8 different drinks! We noticed in that hour that every single person in the backgound was happy and very helpful. You'll feel very comfortable buying from this dealership! More
