She had fantastic follow-through skills...always did everything she promised, and went above and beyond to deliver what she promised. I had gone to this dealership 5 or 6 years ago and vowed to NEVER go back because of how I was spoken to as a woman. Jenny completely changed my mind about this dealership. My husband and I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family...and especially Jenny as a salesperson. More

Three hours for an oil change at $160 is outright robbery. And before anyone says it was a one-time mistake, this has been the case the last three times I went in. I had an headlight assembly replacement for my Mazda CX-7. This was an experience of getting this fixed! On 10/21/22, I had a scheduled appt. at 8 am and the part ordered was for the opposite side of CX-7. This was an experience of getting this fixed! On 10/21/22, I had a scheduled appt. at 8 am and the part ordered was for the opposite side of the car. Keep in mind, I took off work, drove an hour to have serviced, and waited over an hour to receive the news that they had the wrong part for the vehicle. I was quoted one price for the replacement and labor, $1083. Then, we rescheduled for an appt. when the part came in. The installation was to take 1,5 hrs, plus a discount was to be applied for my inconvenience the Friday before (wrong part was delivered to Mazda I was told), and totaled the same amount that I was quoted for the entire repair of $1091. I went to my car and shared with the service dept. my original quote of $1083, which didn’t have a discount applied. They were going to charge me today the same amount as originally quoted without the discount. With the proof of originally, they discounted the invoice. I had to bring this to their attention and if I hadn’t, my discount wouldn’t been applied. The discount was very low and should have been more with inconvenience, travel time, wait time for two mornings (missed work), and gas. I haven’t been pleased with the service that I have received at this location and wish other locations were available for Mazda. I also don’t think the employees are real happy here or that is the impression I was given. More

During the sales process, the salesperson said that the onl Very Poor After Sale Customer Experience I bought a brand new 2021 Mazda CX-5 recently. During the sales process, the salesperson said that the only differences between the top trim line and the next one down was that the top trim line included the navigation system and had a 360-degree camera view. The price difference was a bit over $2000, and I could add navigation for about $500. Shame on me for not digging deeper to verify that. The only car they had for me to test drive at that point was the top trim line (the lower trim line vehicle was out of gas) and I liked it. I liked the price on the next one down, so I bought it. Withing a few days of the purchase, I found that there were quite a few more features that were missing from my new car. I had repeated conversations in person and by phone, with a service return to dealership for fixes that could not address and fix the problems. Ultimately, they stopped replying to my text questions so I contacted Mazda Corporate. They said they would contact the dealership and get back to me. They didn’t (at least get back to me). My frustrations mounted to the point where I no longer own the car and could never in good conscience return to that Mazda dealership. More

I was very surprised to discover that there was no jack base in the cutout that was made for it, so I had to call AAA and the delay caused me to miss my appointment. I called Flow and explained the situation but the Sales Manager said they couldn't do anything for me since it had been two years. They offered to sell me a replacement part for nearly $200. Is that understandable? Maybe..... *** Update **** Flow Mazda called me back after I expressed discontent and offered to compensate me for the replacement part I'd bought on eBay. I'm very impressed. More

Excellent Experience I purchased a new CX-9 this week from Flow Mazda of Charlottesville. The entire experience was excellent. The sales representative, Mr. Stone was know I purchased a new CX-9 this week from Flow Mazda of Charlottesville. The entire experience was excellent. The sales representative, Mr. Stone was knowledgeable about the car. He did not apply high pressure sales techniques but still articulated well the positive features of the vehicle. Completing all of the necessary paperwork was made as painless as possible which I appreciated. All of this was accomplished while dealer staff were attentive to the pandemic by wearing masks at all times. Overall a very positive purchase experience. More
