We purchased our Bronco from them in November and now it it February, and we are still waiting for our permanent plate. We paid our tax, title and plate at time of purchase. Purchased a used Tesla from Ford of Peoria on December 12, 2025. The vehicle experienced charging and operational failure the night they sold it to me. Was not able to take it home. The dealership held the car for 10 days , stating it was just an 12 volt battery issue but ultimately sent it to Tesla because their service department could not diagnose or repair it. After getting the vehicle back, it failed again after roughly 300 miles. Tesla confirmed the issue was a high-voltage battery failure. But got stranded in the freezing cold in Chicago. 7 hours stranded. I incurred significant out-of-pocket expenses and loss of use as a result. I have attempted to resolve this directly and professionally, but have received no response from the dealership. Was told because it was a used car there hands are tied and did nothing to reimburse me for the money I had to spend or did not care about the 15 to 20 hours. I’ve lost because of this car. After 2 weeks of them telling me they would help me just was told by management that they are not doing anything for me and it’s not a problem of there . I would not recommend doing business with them. CJ and jay the mangers will lie cheat you out of your hard earned money. This review is based solely on my experience and documented events. More
