After test driving the vehicle, which was an RS trim, I went into financing to complete paperwork. Without my knowledge, the salesperson/dealership switched the vehicle and VIN on paperwork to a lower trim model (same color). I completed all the paperwork and got in the car and my wife immediately noticed it was not the same vehicle. I refused to take possession of the vehicle and it was switched back to the correct vehicle and all the paperwork had to be redone, wasting another hour of my time. If that wasn't already bad enough, the dealership took possession of my trade-in (also a Chevy) and didn't pay the loan for over 30 days, creating late notices from the bank. The bank was understanding and waived the fees, but the dealership blamed it on the 4th of July holiday (which was 3 weeks after the purchase). I've probably purchased 10 new cars over my life. Never have I ever experienced this level of dishonesty and unethical behavior. More
NEVER buy a care from here if it's used. I purchased TWO vehicles from them, a 2018 silverado and a 2019 tahoe on the same day. I took the silverado home and realized the screen wouldn't work. I called them and they said "you bought it as is, if you want us to replace it'll be $700, we will pay half." I fixed it myself for $20 and a few hours of work. (Needed a new digitizer) THEN, the tahoe needed heads after only a few miles. $6600. The mechanic I brought it to said it's probably been going out for a while because of rough idling. When I mentioned the idiling when I bought it, they said it's because it has a V8, 6.2L engine. After replacing that, the entire engine blew. Cheapest I found to fix is 12k. 19k if I want a brand new engine. I just spent 12k to get out of the loan into something brand new and reliable. DO NOT TRUST THEIR MECHANICS to be honest or be thorough. I understand I bought it "as is" HOWEVER, I trust your word on having mechanics look at them before you sell them. This has put me in such a financial bind I will never recommend this particular dealership to any of my military coworkers. More
The service writer was dismissive toward my daughter during her first visit for an oil change. She had an appointment with a $49.95 coupon for up to 6 quarts, yet was told she would be charged $59.95 be during her first visit for an oil change. She had an appointment with a $49.95 coupon for up to 6 quarts, yet was told she would be charged $59.95 because her vehicle was “larger.” Her vehicle only requires 5 quarts, which is clearly within the coupon’s terms, and the coupon itself makes no mention of vehicle size. As a family that has consistently chosen Chevy, we trusted this location would treat her fairly. Instead, while I was on speakerphone, I heard the service writer become rude and dismissive, once realizing we were correct and directed my daughter to “go sit down” she needed to help other customers in a condescending manner and as if she was a child. To make matters worse, when she returned to pick up her vehicle, the price was still incorrect and the service writer wanted to push back instead of honoring the coupon as stated. This back a forth created unnecessary stress for a simple oil change. Our daughter even tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, saying maybe it was just too early in the day. She isn’t the type to speak up, even when she feels mistreated—but I am. This experience was unacceptable and does not reflect the level of service expected from a Chevy dealership. I hope management addresses this promptly to ensure customers—especially young drivers who are new to maintaining their vehicles—are treated with fairness and respect moving forward. Note: I don’t think the name on the appointment matches the service writer we were actually dealing with on the day of service, More
