From the start, he was completely transparent, patiently addressed all of our concerns, and worked with us until we were fully comfortable with the final purchase agreement. I went here to get a car. It was a trade that was perfect for me. They explained that it needed brakes and oil change and they were working on it as I did paperwork. I agree It was a trade that was perfect for me. They explained that it needed brakes and oil change and they were working on it as I did paperwork. I agreed to a price. They brought the paperwork and we finalized. It took 7 hours. After I got home I noticed that they had changed all of the pricing we agreed on AFTER I had signed. They added nearly 3k and never said a word. I went back and management fixed it but I got the impression that this is just what they do. Then my brakes started grinding. I took it back, as they were supposed to fix the brakes. I had to go back 3 times but they finally fixed it. One month after I had to pay another 1k in repairs (they said it only needed brakes and an oil change). DO NOT GO HERE!! More
